Your rights and responsibilities when using MultiplyViews. Please read these terms carefully before using our service.

1. Agreement to Terms

MultiplyViews is operated by Jackson Kailath, an individual based in Bangalore, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

MultiplyViews is a YouTube script generation platform that helps content creators:

Discover high-performing YouTube videos (outliers)
Analyze what makes content go viral
Generate AI-powered scripts based on successful content
Track and manage script ideas

The Service uses publicly available YouTube data, AI technology, and proprietary algorithms to provide insights and generate content.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 13 years old (if under 18, you must have parental consent)
Create an account using Google Sign-In
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payment

Credit System:

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to generate AI-powered scripts. Credit cost depends on video length:

Shorts (up to 3 min): 1 credit
Medium (4-12 min): 3-5 credits
Long-form (13-60 min): 6-10 credits

Subscription Plans:

We offer subscription plans that include monthly credit allocations:

Starter Plan ($16/month): 60 credits per month
Pro Plan ($29/month): 120 credits per month

Credits reset at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next billing period.

Payment Processing:

Payments are processed through Dodo Payments. By subscribing, you agree to:

Provide accurate payment information
Authorize recurring monthly charges
Pay all applicable fees and taxes

Cancellation and Refunds:

You may cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
No refunds for partial months or unused credits

Price Changes:

We reserve the right to change pricing. Current subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance and can choose to:

Accept the new pricing
Cancel their subscription before the price change takes effect

Grandfathering Promise:

If we change our pricing model or credit allocation system in the future, existing subscribers will be grandfathered into their current plan terms for as long as they maintain an active subscription.

5. Use of Service

Permitted Uses:

You may use the Service to:

Research and analyze YouTube video trends
Generate script ideas for your own content
Learn about successful content patterns
Create original content inspired by outlier videos

Prohibited Uses:

You may NOT:

Copy, plagiarize, or directly reuse others' content without permission
Violate intellectual property rights
Share or resell access to the Service
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
Upload malicious code or viruses
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Use the Service to create harmful, illegal, or unethical content

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content:

The Service, including all software, algorithms, design, text, graphics, and other content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by MultiplyViews and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content:

You retain ownership of scripts you generate using our Service. However, you grant us a limited license to:

Store your generated scripts
Display them to you within the Service
Use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the Service

AI-Generated Content:

Scripts generated by our AI are provided as inspiration and starting points. You are responsible for:

Reviewing and editing all generated content
Ensuring your final content is original and does not infringe on others' rights
Complying with YouTube's policies and guidelines

YouTube Data:

All YouTube data (channel names, video titles, statistics) remains the property of the respective content creators and YouTube/Google. We use this data in accordance with YouTube's Terms of Service and API policies.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services:

Google: For sign-in authentication
YouTube: For video data
Third-party LLM providers: For AI script generation
Dodo Payments: For payment processing

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or performance of third-party services.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
Change features, pricing, or credit allocations with notice

We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Results depend on many factors beyond our control, including your content quality, audience, timing, and YouTube's algorithm.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer:

Scripts are generated using AI. While we strive for quality, AI-generated content may:

Contain errors, inaccuracies, or inconsistencies
Produce unexpected or inappropriate outputs
Require editing and customization before use

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before publishing.

Limitation of Liability:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Jackson Kailath and MultiplyViews shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Loss of data or content
Service interruptions or errors
Costs of substitute services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Content you create using generated scripts

11. User Conduct

You are solely responsible for your conduct while using the Service and for any content you create using generated scripts. You agree not to use scripts to create content that:

Violates any laws or regulations
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
Promotes violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities
Contains sexually explicit or pornographic material
Spreads misinformation or deceptive content
Violates the privacy or rights of others
Violates YouTube's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that create or promote harmful content.
